DELIVERY AND HANDLING POLICY

 

1. Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days of placing the order and the products thoroughly inspected by our team to ensure quality. Upon final checks and packaging in the best possible manner to ensure no breakage, the delivery team will set off to get the product to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

2. We offer shipping of our products all over India. The time for delivery may vary depending on your location.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Typically a delivery will be made within 3-5 working days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Since all our products are natural and preservative free, the stock maintained for each product is limited and in some cases, may take slightly longer. You will however be notified if the same were to ever happen with your order.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

A standard shipping charge will be applied to your order when you check out. However, for smaller orders we levy a fee of Rs. 100 towards shipping and handling.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

1. All Sohmya and FlowerCure orders are processed upon online payment only. The Payment method is secure and safe to use.

2. NO hidden charges are extended toward the client upon purchase on this website. All items list their full and final prices, all inclusive of taxes etc. Upon check out, shipping and delivery charges, if any, will also be displayed and the resulting total will be exactly what you will pay.

3. If you are still prefer to physically purchase your selection, you may visit our FlowerCure Clinic at the address mentioned below for personalized medicines (see questionnaire) or for consultation. Most of the Flower Cure off the shelf remedies and Sohmya products will be available for sale from here.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order- if the product has not been dispatched by calling us on +91 11 4151 8432 , +91 11 4036 7565 , +91 9810038932 . Please adhere to the clinic opening timings (see Contact us). Upon successful cancellation, the money will be refunded into your account within 2-3 business days. (not including Sunday and bank holidays)

2. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched and is out for delivery or upon delivery.

 

SAFETY POLICY

 

All products are prepared conforming to the highest health and safety measures and meet with all norms of the Drug Control Department Delhi.

Since all products use are natural ingredients and preservative free, some changes in colour and appearance may be expected over time. Please use the product within its expiration date to ensure maximum benefit. Use of any product beyond the date mentioned is strictly not advisable and we will not be responsible for allergies or reactions caused by using the product after its expiry .

Please test all products on the back of your palm before application to ensure that you are not allergic to any ingredient. If you experience irritation or redness, discontinue use immediately.

FlowerCure remedies are alternative remedies and our not to be used as Medicines. Incase of any serious ailments, a Doctor must be consulted at the earliest.
